Biographies
Timbercon was founded in January 1997 by Eric Meslow (CEO) and James Davies (COO), and is still privately held and led by Eric and James to this day.
Eric Meslow
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Meslow co-founded Timbercon, Inc. and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1997. Concurrently, Mr. Meslow serves on the Oregon STEM Investment Council and is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI). He is also a former board member of the Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition, the Oregon Innovation Council, and the Engineering & Technology Industry Council (ETIC) and Technology Association of Oregon.
Prior to Timbercon, Mr. Meslow spent several years in the data communications, data storage, and high technology industries working with Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Meslow holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Oregon State University
James Davies
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Davies co-founded Timbercon, Inc. in 1997 and has served as an executive since its inception. Concurrently, Mr. Davies co-founded Greenspace Candles, with whom he continues to serve as an advisor. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Mary’s Home of Boys.
Prior to Timbercon, Mr. Davies spent several years in the telecommunications and data storage industries working with international technology companies.
Mr. Davies received a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, a Masters in Business Administration from George Fox University, and an Associates degree in Professional Music from PCC.
